adhoc International's organization is designed to provide the best possible quality of services to its customers and partners: To achieve this goal, our consultants, engineers, administrators and managers are organized in five departments which closely work together to deliver state-of-the-art consulting services.

  • Delivery
    Understanding and responding to customers needs, by elaborating and implementing the appropriate conceptual and technical solutions, are among the foundation principles of the delivery team's day to day business.
    In order to reach high customer satisfaction, the delivery team, in its diversity (consultants, Engineers, project managers...), has developed a "solution-oriented" attitude. A further enabler of its smartness and enables adhoc International to be the technology partners our customers expect. The tight relationship that adhoc maintains with IT solutions vendors in the field of performance assurance gives our engineering team access to high quality training on the best tools and technologies.
  • R&D
    The continuous learning process of our team is also supported by a research and development (R&D) Lab whose mission is to explore pioneer technologies and transfer the know-how to the delivery team acting at the customer's site. In addition, due to fast evolving technical landscape, our Lab provides intelligence about the competitive and the technical IT environment. It finally conceives and develops our own tools and solutions among which the adhoc Performance Engineering Solution.
  • Business Development
    Always very attentive to our customers' requirements, to the market evolutions and to the technological developments, the Business Development department works in close cooperation with prestigious partners (technology partners, academicians, researchers, IT communities, large integrators…). Our strategic and technological alliances help us offer our customers standard solutions adapted to their individual needs and specific environments.
  • Technology Support
    The support department evaluates, manages and masters key commercial, our own or open source technologies certified from our R&D and involved in the performance engineering areas. It provides adhoc International's customers and collaborators with high quality training and places "know how transfer" at the heart of its action.
  • Administration
    Finally, our Administration department acts as the central interaction point for all relevant information, data and requests, and organizes an efficient communication and information flow between the departments.
