Five Packages - adhoc Performance Solutions


  • BUILD: Efficient assurance of the performance requires its consideration at the beginning, which is the build phase for IT solutions. This engineering pattern is also valid for IT. Application performance engineering widely adopted by the key technology experts and leaders today is more than recommended. And because efficiency in terms of time-to-market and budget is a key indicator for the IT performance, adhoc International has developed and dedicated specific solutions in the offers package “BUILD” to:
    • Build not only scalable but also performance-enabled platforms through “embedding” performance engineering solutions and tools within the system, application platforms and software engineering processes and
    • “Reuse” them systematically while building business applications.
  • MEASURE: The assessment of the quality and performance of applications and services could support several and sometimes contradictory conclusions if it does not rely on proven facts. Since quality and performance of IT applications and services is enterprise-critical for several business areas and due to the high complexity of today's IT applications and number of providers involved in the service delivery and support, it is highly recommended to eliminate subjective, incomplete or inexact quality and performance assessment and replace it with proven, well-understood and standard metrics based on trusted approaches, technologies and instruments. For this matter, adhoc International consolidates its expertise and experiences in the areas of performance engineering, QA, system and service level management in a unique and completed high quality offer package “MEASURE”. “MEASURE” consists of proven and state-of-the art solutions to allow the “measurement culture” in the different areas of the IT from the software/system or support/QA engineers through system/application/service managers to the IT managers and directors.
  • MANAGE: IT Performance is a life cycle discipline, because the factors (such as the platform, the processes and the usage) impacting the whole performance of the IT could change through the life cycle. Therefore assuring the performance in the BUILD activities and allow the collections and visualization of metrics related to quality and performance in the different environments are necessary but not sufficient. The acceptable level of quality and performance reached at the end of the pre-production and acceptance phase should be maintained and assured permanently in production. Production teams have to MANAGE systems, applications and services, so that performance and service quality levels are maintained and respected. “MANAGE”: an integrated and modular set of solutions covering the areas of system, application and service management with special focus on performance and service quality is the unified and packaged performance offering of adhoc International to production organization and teams.
  • GOVERN: Engineer and manage for application performance and service quality. This is the common added value of the adhoc International offering packages BUILD, MEASURE and MANAGE.
